What data we collect

To process an order, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping address, the photos you send us and your product details (size, colour, pet name). No account is required to order.

How we protect your payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card number or CVV on our servers — only a transaction ID is kept so we can track your order.

Your photos

The photos you upload are stored in a private folder, accessible only to our production team through temporary signed links. They are never published or shared with third parties, and are used solely to create your product.

Database security

Our data is hosted on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Table access is restricted by row-level security policies, and administrative operations require authentication.

Emails

We send you a confirmation email after every purchase, along with updates on your order status. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link in our emails.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, the correction of any information, or the deletion of your account and photos at any time by writing to info@pattesetportraits.com. We respond within 30 days.

Report a problem

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email us at info@pattesetportraits.com before any public disclosure. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
