What are the delivery times?+
Our team usually ships all orders within 5-7 business days. This can take a bit longer during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering in advance to make sure it arrives in time.
How can I track my order?+
As soon as your portrait is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it directly on the carrier's website (Canada Post, USPS, etc.) to see your delivery status in real time, or visit our Track my order page.
Can I send this as a gift?+
Absolutely! Pet portraits make a beautiful, meaningful gift. At checkout, simply select "Ship to a different address" to have the portrait sent directly to the recipient. We can also include a personalized card with your own message, so your gift feels complete right out of the box. Don't worry, all order confirmations and receipts are sent only to you, never to the recipient, so the surprise stays safe.
What photo quality is required?+
A sharp, well-lit photo with your pet facing forward or at a three-quarter angle gives the best results. Minimum 1500 pixels wide recommended.

What kinds of animals do you accept?+
All of them! Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses, reptiles — if you love them enough to want them on your wall, we're painting them. No animal discrimination here, just great photos, please.
