Our team usually ships all orders within 5-7 business days. This can take a bit longer during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering in advance to make sure it arrives in time. 

As soon as your portrait is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it directly on the carrier's website (Canada Post, USPS, etc.) to see your delivery status in real time, or visit our Track my order page.

We can also include a personalized card with your own message, so your gift feels complete right out of the box. A sharp, well-lit photo with your pet facing forward or at a three-quarter angle gives the best results. Minimum 1500 pixels wide recommended. If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, our team will contact you to suggest a higher-quality alternative.
